The Timoco E-guest system is an online application with which you can easily administer the details of guests you personally invite to events.
Depending on your wishes, different groups, for example, for guest, VIP, crew, artists, etc. can be created. You can also give your guests special privileges, such as parking tickets, backstage passes, dinner, ...
Once you have invited people, their details are entered permanently in your personal database, which enables you to see who came to the event, who you would like to invite (again) as well as people who were invited by never arrived.
Because visitors/guests have to create a Timoco passport during the one-off registration process,
you can avoid entering double or unusable addresses in your database,
which will remain up-to-date and not become corrupted!
