The Timoco application is programmed in JAVA. This is a deliberate choice for security reasons. With JAVA, it is also possible to upgrade the application continuously and it is easier to add on new functions. This makes the system extremely stable and more difficult for people to gain unauthorised external access.
For all its Internet transactions, Timoco uses a secure, coded connection, which means that personal details can always be sent safely over the Internet.
For security reasons, credit card details are passed on to the respective credit card company directly via site visitor's Internet browser.
In short, every aspect of Timoco's service complies with the strictest security requirements!




Security


All Timoco transactions are conducted via the SDT (the Timoco Trust Account Foundation). iDEAL, VisaCard, MasterCard and PayPal payments are made to the SDT. The purpose of the foundation is to ensure that company capital is kept separate from the flows of money generated via Timoco's online transactions.
This means that money destined for Timoco's clients is in any case guaranteed to reach them no matter what happens.
The SDT administers your money until Timoco transfers it to you. In this way, your ticket money is always safe and can always be paid out!
Every two weeks, you can receive an overview of sold admission tickets and ticket money received.
Timoco will transfer the ticket money to you in the 1st week following the month in which the tickets are sold.

Personal details


Timoco stores the details of people who create an account via the Timoco ticketing system. Timoco reports the processing of personal details to the Data Protection Board.
The details of clients and business relations are treated confidentially and are not divulged to third parties. Back-ups of your data are regularly made.

Fraud
Online payment is safe and reliable. Consumers are rapidly discovering that this is certainly the case when compared with the vast number of other payment methods. Nevertheless, criminals still sometimes attempt to commit fraud. 
To stay ahead of criminals, Timoco has developed special functions for the transfer of tickets. In the future, ticket purchases will be able to sell their tickets on via Timoco's website. In this way, we can guarantee that (resold) tickets are not forgeries. To ensure that there is no profiteering, a system of maximum prices is used!
